We are a dedicated team of nurses and trained support service officers offering support and information to anyone affected by blood cancer, including leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma, MPNs and MDS, as well as to those worried about blood cancer.

About our support line
However you're affected by blood cancer, we're here to support you. Get in touch with us if you have a specific question about blood cancer, or just want to talk through how you're feeling.
We can provide information and support around all aspects of living blood cancer, such as:
- How blood cancers are diagnosed and treated
- Coping with a new diagnosis
- Signs and symptoms of blood cancer
- Side effects of blood cancer treatment e.g. fatigue, itchy skin, hair loss
- Practical issues, including rights at work and financial support
- Emotional support
- Recognising and avoiding infection, including covid-19
- Connecting with others affected by blood cancer
- Supporting a loved one living with blood cancer
- Signposting to other sources of support
You can call us using Relay UK. Just dial 18001 followed by 0808 2080 888, or download the Relay UK app.
We offer support to people in the UK whose first language is not English, using a telephone interpreting service. This covers over 170 languages and is free to use.
You can call the support line directly on 0808 2080 888 and request an interpreter. We will ask you for your phone number and check which language you speak. We will then end the call whilst we contact an interpreter and call you back after around 5 minutes.
Our Support Line is currently open on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.

Our Support Services survey results between 2023-2024 showed that after speaking to us by phone/email:
- 98% of survey respondents have a better understanding of where they can get support and information about blood cancer
- 94% feel more confident in having conversations with their healthcare team
- 94% feel better able to manage their health and wellbeing
