Here’s how to plan your Blood Cancer UK Charity Cup step-by-step:
Step one
Choose your sport and format. Whether it’s football, netball, rugby or another team game, decide if you’ll host a single match or a mini tournament. Schools, clubs and workplaces are all perfect places to get started.
Step two
Sign up to get your fundraising pack. You’ll get an instant digital guide packed with planning tips, plus an optional pack in the post to support your event.
Step three
Set your date and location, then create your JustGiving page . You can raise funds through team entry fees, donations and fun extras like raffles or refreshments.
Step four
Use your fundraising pack to promote your Charity Cup. Get teams signed up, spread the word locally and encourage spectators to donate on the day.
Step five
Kick off your event and enjoy the action. Every goal scored and pound raised helps fund vital research and support for people affected by blood cancer.
