Ways to contact Blood Cancer UK
How to get in touch with us - whether you’re looking for confidential help and support for blood cancer or you want to know more about where your donation goes.
Our blood cancer support line is a free and confidential service for all people with blood cancer, their friends and family, and for anyone worried about blood cancer. Call us free on 0808 2080 888 to speak to one of our trained support team in confidence if you have a specific question about blood cancer, or just to talk through how you're feeling. We're also currently providing advice and support to people affected by blood cancer who are concerned about the impact of Coronavirus.
You could also join our Online Community - a space for anyone affected by blood cancer to talk, share, ask questions and connect with others.
Donations and fundraising
Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the majority of our staff are working from home at this time and we have reduced access to any post received. Therefore, if you would like to make a donation, ask a question about fundraising or about our work, the best way to contact our Supporter Relations Team is on 0808 169 5155 or by getting in touch online.
You can also email us on [email protected].
Please be aware that whilst we will do our very best to reply as quickly as possible, response times may be a little slower than normal. Please be assured that raising funds to support people affected by blood cancer remains our highest priority and we are so grateful for your support.
Many of our community are in the highest risk category for coronavirus, and we take our responsibility to keep our staff, volunteers and supporters safe very seriously. Therefore, we would ask for your patience and understanding at this time whilst we continue our work in the safest way possible.
You can make donations through the post by contacting us at Blood Cancer UK, 111 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4JN. Don't forget to download a gift aid form first.
Tell us how we're doing
We welcome your feedback, comments, suggestions and complaints - we know there might be times when we don’t meet the really high standards we always aim for. If this happens, we like to find out about it.
