Ways to contact us
Whether you’re looking for confidential help and support about your blood cancer diagnosis, want to know more about how to donate or fundraise, or simply want to tell us how we're doing, there are many ways to get in touch.
Information and support
Our blood cancer support line is a free and confidential service for all people with blood cancer, their friends and family, and for anyone worried about blood cancer.
Call us for free on 0808 2080 888 to speak to one of our trained support team in confidence about whatever is on your mind – whether you have a specific question about your diagnosis or treatment or want to talk about how you’re feeling, you are not alone. Providing support to those affected by blood cancer is at the heart of what we do.
If you don’t feel like talking on the phone, our support line information provides further ways to get in touch, including options for those who are deaf or hard of hearing. You could also join our Online Community – a space for anyone affected by blood cancer to talk, connect with others and ask questions.
Donations and fundraising
Whether you want to make a one off donation or a monthly donation, you can do so easily via our secure online process. If you want to donate over the phone, you can call our Supporter Relations Team for free on 0808 2080 888 or email us at [email protected].
Alternatively, feel free to make a postal donation via the address below, and don't forget to download a gift aid form first.
Blood Cancer UK, Suite 31 Bonnington Bond, 2 Anderson Place, Edinburgh, EH6 5NP.
Our vital work could not continue without your support and we are grateful for all the donations and fundraising our blood cancer community provides. If you're keen to fundraise for us, there are loads of fun ways you can get started.
Tell us how we're doing
We welcome your feedback, comments, complaints and suggestions – if there's something we've done well or a way in which we've made a real difference to you, we'd love to hear about it. We also know there might be times when we don’t meet the incredibly high standards we always aim for. If this happens, we like to find out about it so we can act right away. You might also find it helpful to read about our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
