The impact of your donations

  • £100 could help keep our online Forum running for a day, giving people a safe space to connect with others.
  • Could fund a Clinical Trials Support Nurse to help find a clinical trial for three people with blood cancer.
  • Could fund a month of lab experiments to help researchers find better treatments for a specific blood cancer.

Tips from our fundraisers

Prom dress image

“We held a ball to raise funds for Blood Cancer UK on what should have been my sister Ellie’s 21st birthday. I wore her prom dress that she never got to wear, which made the evening even more special. We find that fundraising is a way for us to keep Ellie’s memory alive and helps us channel our grief into something positive.”

George Foster

“I arranged a charity race night which was attended by 60 people, with prizes donated by different businesses and raised over £1,000. I wanted to contribute to vital research into all blood cancers, including rarer conditions such as Myelofibrosis in memory of my Dad. Seeing friends, family, and even strangers rally behind the cause has been humbling.”
