Join us as a Collection Volunteer at Calendar Girls the Musical Ipswich

Calendar Girls the Musical is holding an official UK tour this year, and Blood Cancer UK are working with the organisers to raise awareness of our work and raise vital funds.

The tour will be starting in Ipswich on Thursday 10th September – Saturday 26th September and we’re looking for volunteers to help at matinee and evening performances throughout the week to support with bucket collections. Specific times to be confirmed.

This role is a vital way to raise funds and awareness in your community.

What you’ll do

  • Attend and support the bucket collections at the Calendar Girls show.
  • Engage with the public, encouraging donations.
  • Deposit donations as appropriate.

What you’ll bring

  • A passion for fundraising and raising awareness of blood cancer
  • A reliable, flexible approach and a willingness to get involved
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to make a difference
  • Comfortable handling cash during collections
