We're growing our Community Groups across the UK to reach more people and offer stronger support for those affected by blood cancer—and we need passionate volunteers like you! Volunteer as a Community Group Treasurer and play a key role in your local group.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and keep track of the group’s funds.
  • Ensure donations are sent promptly to Blood Cancer UK.
  • Share regular fundraising updates with the group.
  • Work closely with the Group Lead and Secretary to support local events and activities.

No experience needed—just enthusiasm and a passion for making a difference!

Supporting as a Community Group Treasurer is an unpaid role, but you can claim pre-approved volunteer expenses.

This role is completely flexible—give as much or as little time as you can. Typically, it may involve a few hours a month.
