Give a major gift to Trial Treat Beat
Trial Treat Beat is our £25 million mission to double survival chances for people with the deadliest blood cancers. A major gift of £5,000 or more helps fund the clinical trials that make this possible.
Too many people are dying of blood cancer.
Right now, only 1 in 3 people with the deadliest blood cancers will survive. Even more shockingly, we lose them in the first five years after diagnosis. We're determined to change this.
Too many people are dying from the most complex and aggressive forms of blood cancer. Myelomas, high grade lymphomas and myeloid cancers including acute myeloid leukaemia are the deadliest blood cancers and account for half of all blood cancer deaths.
We're determined to change the odds and save more lives
We've launched Trial Treat Beat; a £25 million mission to double survival chances for people with the deadliest blood cancers.
The work we do is only possible because of generous supporters like you. A gift of £5,000 or more allows us to invest significantly in our Trial Treat Beat clinical trials and services, and there are many ways you can support Trial Treat Beat.

£24 million for three large scale, innovative clinical trials
Traditional clinical trials test one treatment at a time. If it fails, researchers start again from scratch. Trial Treat Beat will enable us to fund three innovative, large-scale clinical trials, including multi-arm, multi-stage studies (MAMS) that will each test several treatment approaches – making them faster and more efficient.
If a treatment isn't working, we drop it and add a new one. When promising therapies emerge, we test them immediately. This means that we can develop personalised treatments at a much faster pace for the hardest to treat blood cancers.
£1 million to reach every person who needs us
Research discoveries only matter if patients can benefit from them. The final £1m will help clinical trials breakthroughs reach everyone who needs them. We'll invest in our Clinical Trials Navigation Service to help people find clinical trials that could benefit them, and in our policy work so that we ensure that everyone with blood cancer has fair access to treatments when they’re available.
Why your support matters
What your support means to people affected by blood cancer.
Kate's multiple myeloma journey began long before she ever heard the words "blood cancer.”
She pushed for further treatment and asked about clinical trials.
"New treatments are coming out all the time. Two have already come out since I was diagnosed. The more we push for research, the longer we can live."
Kate, diagnosed with multiple myeloma
Moonii was diagnosed with AML in 2002. He’s now a trustee for several charities, raising funds for those facing terminal diagnoses and supporting patients like himself.
"My doctors asked to use my blood for genome therapy research. I said, '100% - anything to help find a cure for blood cancer like AML.' Cures only come through trials, and I want to be a part of that."
