Starting a local Community Group is a really great way to raise vital funds to support blood cancer research and those affected by blood cancer, whilst also meeting new people and having lots of fun!
It doesn't have to mean lots of people or lots of hours, every single person and every penny raised can make a huge difference in bringing us closer to help beat blood cancer. From putting out collection tins in local shops, holding bucket collections in supermarkets or hosting your own fundraising events, our friendly Regional Relationships Team will help and guide you every step of the way. The Bath and District Fundraising Group was formed in 1971 and hold a variety of events throughout the year. So far they have raised over £500,000 to beat blood cancer.
The Yeovil Branch was formed in 1971 and the active committee organises a range of fundraising activities each year. Their fundraising total stands at over £775,000 and they host a variety of collections and events in their local area.
The Southampton Fundraising Group was formed in 1968 and has raised over £800,000 to beat blood cancer.
The Andover Fundraising Group have been fundraising and raising awareness to beat blood cancer.
