Following the steps below will help you to ensure that you have a broad understanding of the problem or opportunity you've been presented with.

  2. Submit your problem or opportunity using the submission form.
  3. Discuss your proposal with the Innovation Lead.
  4. Use the innovation project tracker to build a project plan.
  5. Conduct one-to-one stakeholder interviews with key stakeholders.
  6. Decide which research techniques to use - here's a guide to explain each technique.
  7. Develop research plan to help to guide your project.
  8. Undertake research, based on your proposal.
