- Wednesday to Friday: 10am – 4pm
- Saturdays: Closed
- Sundays: Closed
- Bank holidays: 10am – 1pm

Saturday opening hours
Our Support Line is currently closed on Saturdays, due to capacity issues. We plan to start providing a Saturday service again from May 2024.
